We are a locally owned and run property investment company who are dedicated to bringing a new approach to property rentals and improving the experience for tenants so that you enjoy every part of your home (including the paper work).

Our CEO and Founder Fraser Welsh has grown up his whole life surrounded by the property industry in Scotland and has now lived in the Portsmouth area for 4 years, he has since decided to create a completely new and innovative way to approach the property rentals market, revolutionising the way the industry works.
